CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, since our drivers and vehicles are reserved for your specific booking, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 100% cancellation fee.

Please note that no-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation will also incur a full 100% cancellation fee.
